Abstract
This study examined teachers' level of awareness and satisfaction with school-community partnerships in four elementary schools, revealing a predominantly young, female, and well-educated teaching staff with moderate experience. Teachers demonstrated high awareness of partnership importance, though satisfaction with existing programs varied, indicating areas for improvement in efficiency and sustainability. No significant differences in awareness were found across schools, but a moderate positive correlation existed between awareness and satisfaction. Key implementation challenges included time constraints and goal clarity. Recommendations include tailored professional development, translating awareness into action, structured program management, collaborative standardization across schools, enhancing program quality alongside awareness, and addressing time constraints for sustainability. The study concluded that focused strategies are needed to leverage high teacher awareness into effective, sustainable school-community partnerships.
