Syllabus — Chapters & Topics

Click Syllabus in the sidebar to view your course chapters. Each chapter is numbered and shows its scheduled date. Click a chapter to open it — inside you will find topics with text, files, and multimedia content.

Topics within each chapter are displayed in a two-pane layout: a sidebar lists all chapters (click to switch), and the main area shows topics for the selected chapter. Teachers can add, edit, reorder, and delete topics.

5

Students & Attendance

The Students section lists all enrolled students with their attendance status. A colored dot indicates today's presence: green = present, red = absent.

QR-Code Attendance: Set up class times in the dashboard (day, start/finish time, tolerance). Students scan a QR code to check in. The system records timestamps and enforces the tolerance window — late scans are recorded but not counted. Students with more than 30% absences are flagged.

6

Notices & Email Notifications

Post announcements in the Notices section. Each notice is displayed as a card with its creation date. Click the icon to email the notice to all enrolled students instantly.

7

Homework

Create homework assignments in the Homeworks section. For each assignment you can:

  • Write the homework text or upload a file
  • Set a deadline and total marks
  • Provide a solution that becomes visible after the deadline

Students see their assignments in the Student Panel. They can submit solutions online (text or file upload). Teachers can view, grade, and leave comments on each submission.

8

Question Bank

Build a reusable question bank for your subject. For each question provide:

  • Question text (rich formatting supported)
  • Answer / solution
  • Optional YouTube video or file attachment
  • Marks value (used when creating exams)
  • Answer space in cm (for printed exams — set to 0 if using separate sheets)

Questions accumulate across semesters, building a growing bank that makes exam creation faster each term.

9

Create Exams & Record Grades

In the Exams section, click Create Exam. Select questions from your question bank, add exam instructions, set the date and duration. The exam is hidden from students until the scheduled date. After the exam, the solution manual becomes available automatically.

Click Marks on a past exam to enter grades. Marks are recorded per question per student for full transparency. Each student sees only their own results; teachers see the full class overview with total percentages.

10

Quizzes

The Quiz feature lets you create online quizzes from your question bank. Students can take quizzes directly in their browser. Results are recorded automatically and contribute to the overall grade.
