All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process, typically completed within 20 days of submission. Upon acceptance, articles are published online within an additional 20 days. Authors of accepted papers receive an official e-certificate confirming their article’s publication in the journal.

Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts using the official PEMJ template and submit their work through the journal’s designated submission channel or at pemjpublication@gmail.com. To ensure academic integrity and originality, all submissions must have a similarity index of less than 20%. Authors are strongly advised to obtain a plagiarism report before submission.

For added convenience, PEMJ offers optional support services upon request, including Turnitin plagiarism checking and Grammarly-based language editing. These services are subject to additional service fees and are provided solely to assist authors in improving the quality and originality of their manuscripts.
