Abstract
Educational leadership has become a critical factor in shaping the quality, effectiveness, and sustainability of school systems across the globe. In an era characterized by rapid educational reforms, technological integration, and increasing accountability demands, school principals are expected to function not only as administrators but also as instructional leaders, policy implementers, and agents of change. The complexity of these roles places principals at the center of educational transformation, where their decisions directly influence teacher performance, student outcomes, and institutional development. To explore and understand the lived experiences of DepEd school principals in Quezon Province, focusing on the leadership challenges they encounter and the strategies they employ in their schools.
