Abstract
This study developed and validated a comprehensive enhancement plan to improve teachers' technology leadership and digital skills. The study employed a proportionate stratified random sampling to guarantee a fair and representative selection process. The researcher used two sets of adapted and modified questionnaires to gather the data. Based on a survey of 200 teachers from five (5) schools, the findings showed that there is a significant relationship between technology leadership practices and digital skills. This suggests that as teachers' technology leadership practices improve, their digital skills are also likely to be enhanced, and vice versa, leading to improved educational effectiveness. The teachers surveyed already have a very satisfactory level of technology leadership practices and digital skills, allowing them to integrate digital tools effectively in the classroom. The enhancement plan aims to seamlessly integrate technology into teaching, thereby improving student learning outcomes, developing skilled teacher leaders, and preparing students for a technologically driven world. The comprehensive enhancement plan was evaluated as highly valid, with perfect scores for its content, usability, acceptability, and appropriateness, confirming its effectiveness as a framework for digital transformation in education.
