Abstract
This study aimed to assess the graduate readiness in human resource job competencies of BS Psychology students. A total of 122 respondents participated in the study, of which 54 are graduating students, and 68 are non-graduating psychology students. Factors such as Job Analysis, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Relations. The Competency Level for Recruitment and Selection is at the “Developing” Level. The Competency Level for Job Analysis is a “Need Improvement” level. The Competency Level for Employee Relations is at the “Emerging” level. The Competency Level for Compensation and Benefits is at the “Emerging” level. The Competency Level for Training and Development is at the “Needs Improvement” level. A significant correlation was established among correlated factors.
