Abstract
This research set out to determine the extent of the teachers' home-visiting program and the academic performance of pupils in specific schools in Salay District, deemed academically vulnerable. It responds to the following question: how often do instructors visit students' homes? How well do students who are academically at risk do academically? Is there a substantial correlation between the two? The majority of academically at-risk kids (76%) had very satisfactory academic performance, according to the findings, and teachers often visited these pupils' homes. Additionally, it was shown that academically at-risk students' performance improved following teachers' home visits. It was suggested that, to foster cooperation and partnership between parents and students, the school principal should urge teachers to implement and expand the home-visiting program.
