Police Organizational Image in Selected Barangays of Kalamansig, Sultan Kudarat: A Descriptive-Correlational Study

This study aimed to determine the police organizational image as perceived by residents in selected barangays of Kalamansig, Sultan Kudarat. A descriptive-correlational research design was employed using a researcher-modified survey questionnaire administered to 379 respondents selected through random sampling. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, weighted mean, and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Findings revealed that the overall police organizational image was rated high, with crime prevention (M=3.29), manners (M=3.30), quality of service (M=3.17), fairness (M=3.01), and corruption (M=2.79). Results further showed no significant difference in perception when grouped according to demographic profile. The findings indicate that the police are generally perceived positively in terms of professionalism, fairness, and community engagement.
