Abstract
The study sought to determine the influence of learning styles on learners' academic performance in Araling Panlipunan. A descriptive-correlational research method was utilized, and the Statistical tools used in the study were mean, standard deviation, frequency, and percentages to determine learners' learning styles (auditory, visual, and kinesthetic) and learners' academic performance. Pearson's r was used to assess the relationship between learning styles and learners' academic performance in Araling Panlipunan. Findings revealed that auditory, visual, and kinesthetic learning styles were the most frequently observed among learner-respondents. It was also found that the majority of the learner-respondents had very satisfactory academic performance in Araling Panlipunan. Further, it was found that auditory and visual learning styles significantly influenced learners' academic performance in Araling Panlipunan. In summary, it was recommended that school principals or school heads inspire teachers to provide learning activities that cater to learners' auditory, visual, and kinesthetic learning styles. Parents are also exhilarated to provide essential support to stimulate their children's learning interest in Araling Panlipunan.
