Abstract
This study investigated the predictive value of the CEM Mathematics Achievement Test on the academic performance of Grade 7 students in Mathematics at Southern Baptist College. Results revealed a significant positive correlation between students' test scores and their final grades, suggesting that standardized assessments provide meaningful insights into classroom achievement. These findings highlight the utility of test results in identifying learners who may require additional support and in guiding placement and intervention programs to enhance mathematics learning outcomes.
