Abstract
This study investigates employees’ assessments of risk management and adaptive strategies in a technology enterprise, providing input for digital transformation planning. Using a quantitative survey with 240 respondents from a tech company in Jiangxi Province, the study examined perceptions across risk management dimensions governance and culture, strategy and goal setting, performance, review and revision, and communication and adaptive strategies including risk avoidance, mitigation, acceptance, and transfer. Findings reveal a generally high evaluation of both risk management and adaptive strategies, with variations based on demographic characteristics and position. A significant positive correlation between risk management and adaptation strategies was also observed. These insights inform recommendations for refining organizational agility, tailoring risk processes, and strengthening transformation frameworks. The study contributes to enhancing risk-informed decision-making for digital transformation in technology enterprises.
