Abstract
This study examined the effectiveness of supply center services at Liceo de Cagayan University by investigating the influence of accuracy, ease of order, understanding, clarity, mitigation, planning, reordered frequency, and stock management on employee performance. Using a descriptive-correlational and causal research design, data were gathered from 219 teaching and non-teaching personnel through validated researcher-made questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results indicated generally positive assessments of operations, particularly in stock management, understanding of procedures, and task accuracy. All variables showed significant relationships with employee effectiveness. Regression analysis identified stock management as the strongest predictor, followed by understanding and accuracy, while planning and mitigation also contributed positively. However, clarity, ease of order, and reordered frequency showed negative effects when analyzed with other variables, suggesting overlapping operational functions. The model explained 75.3% of the variance in employee effectiveness. The study concludes that effective inventory control, strong operational understanding, and systematic planning are essential to enhancing employee performance. It is recommended that the university further strengthen inventory monitoring systems, streamline reorder procedures, clarify workflow processes, and provide continuous training to sustain efficiency and service excellence within the supply center.
