Abstract
This study investigated the level of technology integration among elementary school teachers and its relationship with learners’ academic performance in Edukasyong Pantahanan at Pangkabuhayan (EPP) in District 5, Division of Malaybalay City, for the School Year 2024–2025. Utilizing a descriptive-correlational design, the research employed a complete enumeration of 136 teacher-respondents. The variables focused on five key dimensions: enhancing student engagement through technology, the impact on student collaboration and communication, challenges of technology integration, teacher professional development and support, and evaluating the effectiveness of technology. Data were gathered through a validated questionnaire rated on a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient. Findings revealed that the overall level of technology integration was high across all indicators. Notably, teachers demonstrated strong implementation of adaptive and interactive tools that promote personalized and collaborative learning. However, challenges such as access disparities and varying technology competencies persisted. Moreover, the academic performance of learners in EPP was generally high. A significant positive relationship was found between the level of technology integration and students’ academic performance, suggesting that higher levels of integration correlate with improved learning outcomes. The study highlights the critical need for ongoing professional development and infrastructure support to sustain effective technology use. Results underscore the importance of equipping teachers not only with technical skills but also with pedagogical strategies to maximize technology’s potential in the classroom. The research contributes to existing literature by offering localized insights relevant to curriculum planning, teacher training, and policy formulation for ICT-enhanced learning in Philippine basic education.
