Level of Implementation of Learning Action Cell in Palimbang District I Schools: Basis for a Proposed Learn-Act-Collaboration Program

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the level of implementation of the Learning Action Cell (LAC) in Palimbang District I, Division of Sultan Kudarat. A quantitative, cross-sectional design was employed, involving 113 public school teachers selected through stratified proportional random sampling. Findings revealed that strategy implementation was high in Clusters 1 and 2 but moderately high in Cluster 3. Facilitation was consistently rated high across all clusters. Resource support showed high implementation in Clusters 2 and 3, but only moderately high in Cluster 1. These results suggest that while facilitation and resource support are generally strong, strategic consistency across clusters would require further attention. The study contributes to understanding the variability in LAC implementation within geographically distributed clusters.
