Abstract
This research examined senior high school students' satisfaction with the facility service quality in Senior High School, San Fernando, Bukidnon. A comprehensive survey instrument was used to assess their perceptions of various aspects of the school environment, including cleanliness, maintenance, functionality, technology, sustainability, and aesthetics. The findings revealed high satisfaction levels in service quality dimensions such as tangibles, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and reliability. For instance, students rated the maintenance of classroom facilities and the accessibility of technology resources as particularly satisfactory. However, areas like timely repair of facilities and proactive communication from administrators showed room for improvement. The study highlights the need for educational institutions to establish efficient communication channels, ensure prompt facility maintenance, and prioritize facility renovations to sustain and enhance student satisfaction. Despite its valuable insights, this study relied solely on self-reported data, potentially limiting the generalizability of the findings. Future research could address this by employing observational methods, incorporating feedback from teachers and administrators, or expanding the sample size. These findings underscore the critical role of facility service quality in shaping a supportive learning environment and fostering trust among students.
