Abstract
This multiple-case study aimed to explore and understand the experiences of school principal, mathematics teacher, parent, and student who were involved in the implementation of the national learning camp. Using purposive sampling and inclusion criteria, the participating four (4) participants who were involved in the implementation of the national learning camp were identified. All of them participated in the in-depth interviews. Results revealed the experiences of the participants: struggling with maintaining student engagement and attendance; sacrificing rest and vacation over academic responsibilities; and experiencing learning through innovative and enjoyable methods. In response to the challenges they have encountered, they deem the following coping strategies essential: maintaining a positive outlook and behavior; utilizing technology-based interventions to enhance learning; giving positive reinforcement and motivation; and considering the learning styles of students. Upon reflecting on their entire experience, they arrived at the following insights: strengthening partnerships among stakeholders to enhance student support; empowering academic excellence and student engagement; integrating engaging activities in teaching and learning process; and integrating interactive materials to improve classroom instruction. The results of this study were deemed significant by the participants, school principals, mathematics teachers, parents, students, and researchers.
