Abstract

The study reveals several critical insights. Firstly, cultural differences significantly impact global talent management strategies, with a grand mean of 4.25. These differences influence various aspects, including talent recruitment, employee engagement, talent retention, and performance feedback. Cultural diversity enhances creativity and innovation within teams, but it also necessitates culturally aware management practices and policies to ensure effective team dynamics and conflict resolution. Organizations that invest in cultural awareness training and develop policies that consider cultural nuances are better positioned to manage a diverse workforce effectively. Language barriers also significantly impact global talent management strategies, with a grand mean of 4.13. Effective communication is crucial in a globalized business environment, and language barriers can lead to misunderstandings, reduced team collaboration, and challenges in providing performance feedback. The study highlights the importance of providing language training programs and translation services to overcome these barriers. Additionally, valuing multilingual employees for their ability to bridge communication gaps is essential for enhancing global team productivity and ensuring smooth international operations. Diverse workforce expectations have a significant impact on global talent management strategies, with a grand mean of 4.16. These expectations influence recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and compensation strategies. Understanding and addressing the varied needs and preferences of a diverse workforce is crucial for creating an inclusive and supportive work environment. Organizations that tailor their policies and practices to accommodate diverse expectations can foster higher levels of employee satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty. This includes promoting an inclusive workplace culture, developing leadership training programs focused on managing diversity, and using data-driven approaches to inform talent management strategies. Overall, the findings underscore the importance of integrating cultural, linguistic, and diversity considerations into global talent management strategies. By addressing these factors, organizations can enhance their ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent from diverse backgrounds, ultimately driving innovation, competitiveness, and organizational effectiveness in the global market.
