Dr. Darwin Diola is a Registered Psychologist and distinguished professional in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with extensive expertise in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, and academic research. With nearly 14 years of experience in human resources and five years in academe, he has developed substantial expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, workplace efficiency, and organizational development. He currently serves as an Associate Professor and Program Chair of the AB Psychology Program at the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA–Molino Campus, where he teaches various psychology- and management-related courses. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology major in Industrial Psychology and a Master’s degree in Psychology specializing in Industrial Psychology, both from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, and has held leadership positions including Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Consultant in various organizations. His professional expertise encompasses recruitment, labor relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management, complemented by his certification as a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA), where he ranked 8th overall in the national certification examination administered by the Human Resource Educators’ Association of the Philippines (HREAP) in July 2021.
