Professor Anderson Ray C. Arcadio is a dedicated educator and researcher specializing in tourism, hospitality, and business management. He currently serves as Program Chair and Coordinator of the Culinary Institute at Lyceum of the Philippines University in Cavite. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration and is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration. With years of experience in both the hospitality industry and higher education, he has developed a strong background in leadership, instruction, and program coordination. His research interests include organizational behavior, workplace spirituality, and employee engagement, with several works accepted for publication in Scopus-indexed journals. His recent studies also cover topics related to management, human resource development, and sustainability in the tourism and hospitality industry.
