Abstract

Abstract: Organizing Model of Community-Based Nutrition Education and Training. This study aims to describe the existing model, to develop, and to examine the effectiveness of nutrition education and training model in overcoming the iron nutritional anemia on women of productive age. The study was conducted at Mangli Village Kaliangkrik District Magelang Regency, employing a research-and-development design. Data were statistically analyzed to find out the percentage, and the effectiveness of the model was measured through One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design of different test (paired t-test). The test results have proven statistically that there is a significant difference in the iron nutritional anemia be­fore and after the nutrition education and training. The model is found to be effective in decreasing iron anemia. Abstrak: Model Pengorganisasian Diklat Gizi Berbasis Masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendes­kripsikan model yang telah ada, mengembangkan, dan mendeskripsikan keefektifan model diklat gizi dalam mengatasi anemia gizi besi pada ibu-ibu usia produktif. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Mangli, Kecamatan Kaliangkrik, Kabupaten Magelang. Analisis data menggunakan deskripsi persentase dan keefektifan model pengorganisasian diklat gizi dengan disain penelitian One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design, meng­gunakan uji beda (paired t test). Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development. Keefektifan model pengorganisasian diklat gizi yang dibangun, memiliki keefektifan yang tinggi. Hasil uji statistik membuktikan ada perbedaan hasil sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan diklat gizi secara signifikan. Ada penurunan angka anemia gizi besi antara sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan gizi. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan secara signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan diklat gizi.
