Publication Guidelines

· JOER follows COPE Guidelines.

Guidelines for Authors

To write your Work in the online system; please sign up and follow the instructions.  We need particular guidelines about how the article should be formatted and put together. The author must put all the necessary information into our unique manuscript submission method; get the template by emailing joerpub@gmail.com. Our system will instantly make and prepare a PDF copy in the same way that JOER does. This also saves the writers' and reviewers' time, which is valuable. Once the text has been written in the online writing system, the automatic system must examine it. If the author meets all the requirements, the system will let them send it, and the "Submit" button will appear. The Editor will send the paper to two peer reviewers for a blind review.

How an article gets published

Before the article can be published in JOER, it has to go through the following steps:

1. Manuscript text was made online or copied and pasted from programs like MS Word.

· Figures and tables must not be in the text. Figures are uploaded to the system online in any file that works (JPG, PNG, TIF, etc.).

· Please include the title or caption of the figure when you share it. This title or caption must be written below the figure in the document.

· Tables are put into the computer system by doing one of the two things below

· The table was copied from MS Word.

· The table was made using the online designer. It's not okay to have tables in MS Word files.

2. Adding references or bibliographies to the online system are done in the following ways:

· Looking for books online and adding them to your library

· Adding by hand

· Adding the bib format from Google Scholar's export citation option.

3. The Work can be sent in if the author meets all the conditions.

4. The Editor looks over the Work that was sent in. If the paper fits the goal and scope of the JOER, the Editor sends it to the recommended peer reviewer; if aligned with the purposes of the journal, you will be emailed a rejection letter right away. Suppose two critics say the Work should not be accepted. In that case, the Editor rejects it and sends notes for revisions or recommendations on what journal your article explicitly fits.

5. If one reader says that another significant or small change should not be accepted, the Editor could send the Work to a third reviewer. At least two reviewers must agree that a paper should be published in the JOER for that to happen.

6. Once the Work is accepted, the online system turns it into a PDF file, which is then sent to the author for Galley corrections.

7. The text is immediately posted online as soon as the Galley proofs are answered.

Statement on Publication Ethics and Misconduct from the JOER

The malpractice Statement for JOER is based on the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

What an Author has to do

. Papers should accurately describe the Work and provide an unbiased discussion.

· Co-authors should include everyone who has made a significant impact. The associated author will make sure that the list of writers includes everyone who helped write the paper.

· The coordinating author will also make sure that all co-authors have accepted the final version of the article and given their permission for it to be published.

· Author/s confirm that all writers listed on the title page have contributed to the Work, have read the paper, have seen that the data and the analysis is accurate and valid, and I agree it can be sent to the JOER.
