Aim and Scope

Online Media & Society is peer-reviewed, open access, scholarly journal that provides a dedicated, interdisciplinary forum for international research on all aspects of digital social sciences. The journal also publishes new research on digital platforms, social media and related policy. The journal actively encourages both quantitative and qualitative approaches related to online media in social sciences. Journal’s scope includes following Subject areas (but is by no means limited to): Online Media & Society engages in critical discussions of the key issues arising from the scale and speed of new media development, drawing on a wide range of disciplinary perspectives and on both theoretical and empirical research.
