Abstract

Project Aral is an initiative designed to enhance teaching and learning by providing teachers with comprehensive training and instructional support to improve classroom efficiency and student outcomes. This program focuses on equipping educators with practical strategies, mentoring sessions, and access to relevant instructional materials that can enhance their teaching competencies. This study aimed to determine the impact of Project Aral on classroom routines and the overall learning environment at Tugos Elementary School in Paracale District, Division of Camarines Norte. This study employed a mixed-methods research design, integrating both quantitative and qualitative approaches to comprehensively examine the impact of Project Aral on classroom routines and the overall learning environment at Tugos Elementary School. Based on the evaluation of Project Aral implementation in Tugos Elementary School, the level of training support provided under Project Aral was generally perceived as Acceptable to Very Acceptable.
