These terms cover what you buy on SciMatic (scimatic.org) on the web: balance top-ups, article processing charges (APCs), thesis publication, AI article writing, AI courses, AI credits, document services, journal ownership and prepaid plans. Purchases in the SciMatic mobile app are made through the App Store or Google Play, under their terms.

1. Who sells to you

The seller depends on the billing country you choose at checkout (for an institution, the institution's country).

Payment is taken by iyzico on zincirx.com, in Turkish lira.
Prices are set in US dollars. The lira amount is the dollar price converted at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye's (TCMB) USD forex selling rate, rounded to the whole lira; iyzico's page shows the exact amount before you pay.
ZincirX A.Ş. issues your e-Arşiv invoice. Sales are invoiced at 0% VAT (KDV) under the Teknopark exemption (KDV Law No. 3065, provisional Article 20(1)): the price shown is the total you pay, and no VAT is added.

Every other billing country: ZincirX Inc., a Delaware corporation, registered office c/o Legalinc Corporate Services Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States.

Payment is taken by Stripe, in US dollars. The price shown is the total you pay, including any tax that applies.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on each payment page, before you pay.
Every purchase is a single, one-time payment. Nothing renews by itself: a plan runs for the period stated and is bought again for another period.
You can also pay from your SciMatic balance or in USDT; a balance top-up is sold on the terms above.
SciMatic never sees or stores your card number; it goes only to Stripe or iyzico.

3. Delivery

What you buy is digital and is delivered as soon as the payment is confirmed: your article or thesis is published, your balance or credits are added, your AI article or course starts being written, the journal is transferred to you, or your document service order reaches our team.

4. Your data

If your billing country is Türkiye, your payment and invoice details (name, e-mail, invoice address; for an institution its name, tax number and tax office; what you buy) go to ZincirX Bilişim Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., which issues the invoice, and to iyzico (iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.), which takes the payment.
