After you sign in, SciMatic opens your dashboard. Its sidebar leads to every tool:

• Publishing – the Author Panel (your manuscripts, co-authors, figures, tables and references, and your thesis repository submissions), the Editor Panel (journals you own or edit) and the Reviewer Panel (manuscripts journals invite you to review).
• Academic – Thesis Manager, and the Teacher Panel and Student Panel of Semester Manager.
• Research – your research groups, and the list of all groups.
• Services – document services, conferences, Letterpad and surveys.

Every account can use every panel. Some roles come with what you do: you become a journal owner when you create a journal, and a reviewer when a journal invites you.

Your balance

The sidebar also shows your available balance in US dollars, with two buttons:

• Top Up – choose an amount and pay in USDT, or by card where card payment is offered. You can also top up in the SciMatic mobile app.
• Transfer – send part of your balance to another member, by their e-mail address.

Publication fees, document services, the thesis repository fee and conference registrations can be paid from the balance, and so can SciMatic Check and Thesis Manager PDF credits. A balance payment is taken at once. Balance Activity in the Author Panel lists every movement.

Other ways to pay

Payment pages also offer USDT through EpPay (scan the QR code with your EpPay wallet) and, where it is offered, a card. The card form asks for your billing country: in Türkiye cards are charged in Turkish lira, elsewhere in US dollars. Who sells to you, and the refund rules, are in the Terms of Sale.
