Abstract

Dr. Rothschild provides important insights regarding the study of anticoagulation in persons with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). The presence of any of several antiphospholipid antibodies can result in a hypercoagulable state leading to increased incidence of arterial and/or venous thromboses.
