Abstract
The work of school-counsellors is widespread, because they work with individuals having problems in school as well as with the school as system. Diagnoses and dyadic counselling on one hand, and organizational counselling on the other hand are landmarks of their profession. Within a case study this counselling approach is developed, showing a problemsolving process within the school-system and family-system. Working within these contexts, linking them and using solution-oriented an resource-oriented methods is presented as a primary goal of school-counselling.
