The article considers issues of development and implementation of mobile application of patient within the framework of automated system of remote monitoring of human health indicators as a tool of increasing of quality of medical care of patients. The mechanisms of implementation of personal calendar of prescriptions of patient as one of the most important element of mobile application of patient are proposed.
