Abstract
This quantitative study with 143 public school administrators found a predominantly young,
female, and early-career administrative workforce pursuing further education but with limited postgraduate
completion. Physical factors like seating comfort, lighting, and breaks are moderately observed, while room
size and seating arrangements need improvement. Perceptions of physical factors are consistent across
demographics. Participant factors such as student engagement and clarity of expectations are moderately
present but require strengthening, with consistent views across administrators. Teachers effectively engage
students with diverse methods, but instructional content relevance and design need enhancement. All
perceptions remain uniform regardless of administrator demographics. Strong intercorrelations among
physical, participant, content, and teaching factors highlight the need for a well-designed classroom
environment paired with interactive teaching strategies for optimal learning outcomes. Recommendations
include leadership development and mentorship for administrators, ergonomic redesign of classrooms,
standardized physical setup policies, professional development to boost student relationships and clarity,
collaborative curriculum design, content enhancement programs, and teacher training to reinforce
instructional presence. Sustaining effective teaching while integrating holistic improvements across
environment, engagement, and content will promote a synergistic learning experience.
