A conversion coefficient α = 19.6 ± 0.7 has been measured for the 9.4 keV transition in 83mKr, yielding a resonance cross section of (1.08 ± 0.04) à 10 -18 cm 2. This cross section is of interest for the evaluation of Mössbauer measurements of the recoilless fraction of the 9.4 keV transition. From the M1/ M23 conversion ratio a mixing ratio δ2(E2/M1) = (2.2±0.5) à 10 -4 has been derived. For the 32 keV transition conversion ratios have been determined. Accurate transition energies Eγ1 = 32.14± 0.05 keV and Eγ2 = 9.40± 0.01 keV have been obtained. Re-evaluation of the K X-fluorescence yield of krypton gives Ïk = 0.660±0.012.
