Este trabajo intenta responder la pregunta acerca del interés por los efectos terapéuticos en psicoanálisis ¿En que consiste esa preocupación? Se aborda el problema teniendo en cuenta tanto los elementos internos a la lógica de la cura psicoanalítica, como los elementos correspondientes a la validación externa de esta praxis. En esta vía, se interroga la puesta en cuestión de los denominados "efectos sugestivos" en la práctica psicoanalítica. Finalmente, se intenta dar cuenta de la articulación y la tensión entre los efectos terapéuticos y los efectos propiamente analíticos.
This study tries to answer the question of the interest for therapeutic effects in psychoanalysis. What is this concern about? We approach the problem taking into account the internal elements of the logic of psychoanalytical cure, as well as the elements that belong to the external validation of this praxis. In this way, we tackle the questioning of the so-called "suggestive effects" in the psychoanalytical practice. Finally, we try to describe the articulation and the tension between the therapeutic effects and the actual analytical effects.
