This paper examines a controversial issue:whether the psychic distance stimulusin religion is a possible reason of differently inflowing FDI from EU-Countriesdirected to Poland and Turkey. The examination highlights that after theapplication of a regression model betweenthe psychic distance measures and FDIstocks, we are not in the position of claiming this. The difference between the FDIstocks of Poland and Turkey should not benecessarily a result of the differencesin religion. Other dimensions shouldbe included tothe investigation.
