This teaching case deals with Luciana experience, a travestite, specifically about her transformation from a male to a female identity and effects to world of work and organizations. Theoretical support is related to stigma about gender subject, to sexual orientation specially focusing travestites and transsexuals work experiences. It is indicate as a resource to discuss diversity management and the differences in organizations under minorities point of view in a reflexive approach.
