The characteristics of the system of morphological, functional and psychological indicators of the schoolchildren under the influence of the methods of formation of their motivation sphere is represented. It is proved that the individual adequacy of the worked out pedagogical factors is a powerful social-pedagogical and physical culture-healthy factor. The system of experimental factors witnessed the effectiveness of the methods of formation of the schoolchildren's healthy way of life, the culture of health as a personal-somatic and public-social value is represented.
