An analysis of the main foundations that support the use of computers as a central focus in the process of initial degree in Elementary Education and the limitations encountered in the diagnosis made with the application of theoretical and empi rical methods facilitated the collection the results obtained. It also proposes a methodology contentiva in three main stages: preparation, planning - implementation and evaluation , with the goal of mainstreaming of computer in an organized and planned in the educational process of the race.
