Abstract
In this article the author reflects on the general professional training process of the educational managers and particularly the supervisors, as state employees in charge of making the educative policy being respected and conducted. This process should be headed to the most significant areas, such as: the integral educative work, knowledge acquisition, the use of the new technologies and the handling of information, to upgrade the effectiveness of the educative work at different structural levels within the educational systems.
