The study of the thrombocyte aggregation activity parameters has been carried out in 126 patient undergoing treatment having the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis 67(53,2%) of all patient showed non-aggravated course of acute pancreatitis, the severe coure was in 59(46,8%) of patients. The enhanced thrombocyte aggregation activity has been estimated not to depend on the severity of the disease development.
