epist��micas sobre las que ésta se había construido. De otra parte, la globalización implica también una mutación profunda del paradigma jurídico dominante que provoca una crisis del modelo jurídico estatalista. En este contexto teórico y práctico emerge la pregunta sobre el futuro del Estado Constitucional y de sus contenidos emancipadores en una época de crisis del Estado y de la Ciencia jurídica que le había dado soporte, de creciente interdependencia y de disolución de las fronteras estatales. ¿En qué condiciones puede el constitucionalismo sobrevivir a estas transformaciones?Abstract: Constitutional State entails theappearance of a new paradigm of State that reachessquarely the theoretical models of Legal Scienceand epistemic categories on that this one had beenconstructed. On the other hand, globalizationimplies also a deep mutation of the juridicaldominant paradigm that provokes a crisis of thejuridical model of statalism. In this theoretical andpractical context, emerges the question on thefuture of the Constitutional State and of itsemancipating contents in an era of crisis of theState and the Legal Science model that had given itsupport, of increasing interdependence and ofdissolution of the state borders. In what conditionscan constitutionalism survive to thesetransformations?
