Приводится состав природных ресурсов сельского хозяйства, ведущая роль среди которых отводится поч-
венно-земельным, и особенности их использования в отрасли. Подчеркивается, что качественные характери-
стики земли непосредственно влияют на ее стоимость и возможности использования в сельском хозяйстве. В
связи с этим дается оценка всех видов земельных участков, независимо от их назначения и использования;
приводятся также тарифы для расчета нормативной цены земли. Показан механизм сохранения естественного
плодородия почв на основе сбалансирования темпов их эксплуатации и самовосстановления.

IMPROVEMENT IN EFFICIENT USE OF THE EARTH – THE RESULT OF RATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF SOIL FERTILITY

The article presents the contents of natural resources within agriculture, where the leading roles are attributed to soil
and land, and the specifics of their application in the industry. It is emphasized that the quality characteristics of land
have a direct influence on its value and opportunities of its use in agricultural activities. As a result, an evaluation of all
types of land territories is performed independently of the designated purpose of their use and current exploitation. In
addition, tariffs for calculating the normative price of land are being provided. The article demonstrates the mechanism
of preservation of natural soil fertility based on balancing the tempos of land exploitation and own reproduction.
