Neben betrieblichen Strukturen sind auch weiche Faktoren, die zu einer innovationsfreudigen Atmosphäre führen, ein wichtiger Bestandteil, den es im Innovationsmanagement zu berücksichtigen gilt. Die Schwierigkeit dabei liegt darin, diese weichen Faktoren als Begriff zu fassen und in ein Konzept zu verpacken, sodass sie handlungsbezogen eingesetzt werden können und damit den Innovationsprozess positiv beeinflussen. Der Artikel geht der Frage nach, was eine innerbetriebliche Innovationskultur ausmacht, wie sie erhoben und wie sie weiterentwickelt werden kann. Besides operational structures, soft factors also contribute to an innovation-friendly climate and thus represent a crucial factor to be considered in innovation management. The difficulties in this context lie in naming these soft factors and finding a concept that enables their implementation into the innovation process. This article deals with the issues of what constitutes an internal innovation culture, how it can be evaluated and finally how it can be enhanced. Une gestion de l’innovation exige entre autre la création d’une atmosphère propice, déterminée à la fois par les structures opérationnelles que par des facteurs intangibles. Ceux-ci sont cependant difficiles à cerner et à intégrer de manière positive dans le processus d’innovation. L’article explore les caractéristiques d’une culture organisationnelle de l’innovation ainsi que les moyens de l’évaluer et de la faire progresser.
