Abstract

This article describes the procedures for play model implementing which were identified during the investigation of the problem of creating a consulting service of the University, carried out on the basis of the pedagogical faculty of Baranovichi State University. Play models are presented as a form of organization and implementation of innovativeresearch on changing professional educator. Game simulation interaction influences the formation of the teachers’ need for constant reflexive estimation of their activities. An educator recognizes the need for innovative change, whichrequires the constant study of educational activities implementation. The usage in of experimental modeling simulationas a real phenomena in pedagogical acti-vity, creates optimal conditions and prerequisites for teachers researchcompetencies formation. It helps to produce innovative solutions in problematic situations, which may arise in the particular teacher activities. In game simulation the process of participants personal development is intensified.
