The article substantiates the conclusion about the necessity for prosecutor the opportunities of criminalistics tactic in the course of public prosecution of cases of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as the feasibility of the relevant research in order to integrate tactical – criminalistics research into practice of this activity as a result of adapting the recommendations of investigative tactics to the conditions of an adversarial trial.
