Abstract
Currently with the evolution in the field of transplants, this globallyaccepted and successful therapeutical option, comes if firming asdecisive in the treatment of patients with picture of organicinsufficience. In this context, it has necessity each bigger time ofa acurada evaluation of the possible complications, being theextremeone understood as the method of choice for the initialevaluation of the complications involving the transplant. Theobjective of this work is to carry through a revision in literature onthe subject and to detach the pioneering paper and importancethat the Israeli Hospital Albert Einstein exerts in this field front thenational scene.
