Para estudar os efeitos dos tratamentos indicados sôbre a soja, foram conduzidas experiências em solos ácidos de Ipuã, numa área recém-desbravada, e de Ribeirão Prêto, em solo repetidamente cultivado. Enquanto a calagem aumentou consideravelmente a produção nas duas localidades, a adubação nitrogenada e a inoculação, usadas na ausência uma da outra, só a aumentaram em Ribeirão Prêto. Nas duas experiências, a "peletização" reduziu os "stands" e as produções. Os autores também estudaram a influência dos tratamentos sôbre a nodulação.
The indicated treatments were tested in two experiments conducted on acid soils of the State of São Paulo. Liming increased considerably the yields in the two experiments. In the absence of one and another, nitrogen as well as inoculation did not increase the yield in the experiment located on a virgin soil, but were fairly effective in that conducted in an area repeatedly cropped. Pelletting reduced the stands and the yields in both localities. The authors also studied the influence of the treatments on the nodulation.
