Abstract
The territory is the result of a complex and dynamic process of historical construction, which involved space-time dimensions, physical factors identified by the climate, geomorphology and hydrography and socio economic variables and policies that give it its fundamental characteristic and that differentiates it from others. The case studies analyzed in the dissertation (Miraglia 2013) and are the watersheds of the Lagunas Encadenadas del Oeste of the province of Buenos Aires, in a rural area and Reconquista River Basin in the northwest Metropolitan Region Buenos Aires in an urban area. The study of the processes of historical territorial construction was made from the theoretical contributions of the Eco-Geography and Historical Climatology, interrelationships, from Complex Systems and geographical historical processes from the Historical Geography and Economic History.
