Established in 1948 as the first private non-sectarian institution in Region 2, the University of Cagayan Valley (UCV) in Tuguegarao City is committed to empowering individuals through quality education, technological advancement, and values formation. Known as the School for the Masses, UCV provides accessible, high-caliber instruction across diverse academic fields. The UCV Graduate School advances this mission at the postgraduate level, serving as a hub for advanced scholarship, leadership training, and public research.
