I am an Instructor II at Laguna University under the College of Education and currently serves as the Prefect of Student Discipline in the Office of Student Affairs and Services. I am also the Accreditation Research Area Coordinator of the College of Education, where I support institutional research initiatives and academic development. Additionally, I am waiting for my graduation for the degree Master of Arts in English at San Pablo Colleges. My academic interests focus on English language education, teaching strategies, and language learning interventions. I have contributed to several local and international research publications and presentations related to English language teaching, educational innovation, and student learning development. In addition to my academic roles, I actively participate in conferences, seminars, and professional organizations to strengthen research culture and instructional practices in higher education. Furthermore, I engaged in extension services, academic coaching, and professional training activities, demonstrating my commitment to educational excellence, research productivity, and the continuous improvement of teaching and learning within the academic community.
