Master of Science

He is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts Major in Psychology and Human Resource Development from Divine Word College of Calapan (DWCC). Prior to his bachelor's degree, he stayed at the St. Augustine Seminary, Calapan City for priestly formation. He is a graduate of Master of Arts in Education, Major in Guidance and Counseling at De La Salle University – Dasmariñas with exemplary academic performance (With Distinction) and finished his master's degree with distinction. He is a Licensed Guidance Counselor, R.A. 9258. Currently taking up PhD in Counseling Psychology with Specialization in School and Community Counseling Program at De La Salle University-D. Also, a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) is recognized by the Human Resource Educators in the Philippines. He attended different seminars and workshop in different psychological institutions like Philippine Mental Health Association (PMHA) fulltime Member, Philippine Guidance and Counseling Association (PGCA) fulltime Member, Philippine Psychological Corporation (PhilPsycor), Fulltime member of the Philippine Association for Counselor Education, Research and Supervision (PACERS) and fulltime member of Asian Association of School Human Resource Management and Development Practitioners, Inc. President of Oriental Mindoro Industrial Peace Advocates (ORMIPA) initiated by DOLE NCMB Region 4B and Executive Secretary of St. Augustine Seminary Alumni Association Inc. President of the Philippine Guidance and Counseling Inc. Oriental Mindoro Local Chapter. A part-time instructor in the different major subjects in Psychology. Served as a Guest Counselor at St. Augustine Seminary and consultant and guest counselor in selected Vicariate Parochial Schools in Oriental Mindoro. He is a frequent speaker/facilitator in different seminars/trainings in the fields of psycho-social development, Leadership and Human Resource Management. He has been with DWCC for almost eleven (14) years as the Human Resource Officer and Associate Guidance Counselor.
