Doctor of Philosophy

Leonieses J. Kilaton is a Licensed Professional Teacher and a dedicated scholar in the field of education. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education major in Educational Management from Capitol University, where he also completed his Master of Arts in Filipino (2023) and Master of Arts in Educational Administration (CAR). With extensive teaching experience in both secondary and tertiary levels, Kilaton has served in the Department of Education, Liceo de Cagayan University, and MOIST–Balingasag. His professional expertise includes language and communication, educational leadership, instructional practices, and research. He has published multiple research articles in reputable local and international journals, such as Psychology and Education: A Multidisciplinary Journal and the European Journal of Science, Innovation and Technology, and has presented his works at international conferences. In recognition of his significant contributions to education and community development, Kilaton has received various distinctions, including the Outstanding Filipino Teacher Award (2022) and several citations as an Outstanding Faculty Member at Tagoloan Community College. He also serves as an editorial board member and peer reviewer for academic journals and remains actively engaged in research, training, and community extension programs aimed at elevating educational practice and leadership.
