Abstract

This study examines the relationships between teachers’ technology education practices and students’ entrepreneurial dispositions and livelihood opportunities in the Division of Pangasinan II. Using a descriptive–correlational design, data are gathered from 150 public secondary school teachers through a structured survey questionnaire. The study describes teacher profiles, determines the extent of technology practices, examines perceived implications for students, and tests differences and relationships across profile variables. Results show that teachers often implement technology-integrated instruction and perceive positive implications for learners’ entrepreneurial dispositions and livelihood competencies. No significant differences or relationships are found between teachers’ technology practices and their profile characteristics. Based on the findings, a Technology-Integrated Entrepreneurial Educator (TIEE) exemplar is proposed to guide instruction. The study highlights the importance of purposeful technology integration and professional development to strengthen entrepreneurial and livelihood-oriented learning outcomes.
